Do you plan to make frequent additions or substitutions
to your web site's images? Then ImageTransfer is for you!
For an annual subscription of $275, you'll be able to upload
an UNLIMITED number of images to your Web site — directly
from your online Text Wizard account. Our technology allows
you to browse for images on your computer and upload them
instantly to your site -- with no intervention needed from
SiteDesignWorks. All that you need to use ImageTransfer
is an Internet connection and image-editing software, such
as Adobe Photoshop or Macromedia Fireworks.

Note: While we do provide a detailed instruction packet
and image-sizing guidelines, a basic knowledge of sizing
and optimizing images for the Web is required to use ImageTransfer.

Domain Email TOP
Fee: $5/month
Do you want a professional alternative to posting your
personal email address on your web site? We can provide
you with an email address directly associated with your
domain name for just $5/month. For example, if your domain
name is joeartist.com, you could sign up for an email address
like joe@joeartist.com or info@joeartist.com.
We'll provide you with a username and password, and email
retrieval instructions.
All SiteDesignWorks email accounts automatically
enjoy the latest in Spam Filtering, using the CanIT engine,
at no additional charge.
Webmail
SDW does not provide
Webmail service. To check your domain email, you
must set
up your SDW email account on a POP3 email checker program.
Common
programs
include Outlook Express, Mac Mail, Thunderbird and Entourage.

Web site traffic reports TOP
Fee: $5/month
Would you like to track the effectiveness
and impact of your Web site? Our Web traffic reports are
provided by Urchin, a leader in the Traffic Reporting Software
industry. The reports show you detailed information about
the activity on your site.
Here
are

Traffic reports are accessible through your text wizard
account and will be protected with a personal password.

Search Engine Submission TOP
Fee: $35
Every new website should be submitted
to the search engines. This alerts the engines to your
new presence on the web, and gets your site into their
index. This does not guarantee that your site will immediately
begin ranking well for your keywords (its unlikely that
you will enjoy a top 10 rank in your first few months),
but it does get you into their system so that they can
begin monitoring your website performance.
As your site ages, you will likely make
updates to your website. You can resubmit your website
to the engines after each time you make a significant change.
This will send their "crawlers" to your site to take another
look. Although crawlers will eventually come to your site
on their own, some engines realize that people rarely update
their website very often, and may only send their crawlers
out once or twice a year. A new submission will send their
crawler out on your time.
SiteDesignWorks
Search Engine Submission includes all the major search
engines like Yahoo, Google and MSN, plus hundreds
more that you may never have heard of. Though these smaller
engines may not get as much traffic as their larger cousins,
every little bit helps.
Before your website can be submitted,
it must be prepared for the engines. This is referred to
as Search Engine Optimization and is essential for every
website owner to do, regardless of whether they submit
their website or not.

Style Change TOP
Fee: $100
A new style is a quick and simple way
to create a fresh new look. SiteDesignWorks will move all
the images and text from your current site to a new style,
and create a new matching banner for you, for a one time
service fee of $100*. All
you have to do is choose the style and color and we'll

Portfolio Categories TOP
Fee: $50/category
The SiteDesignWorks team can separate
your Portfolio images into categories/galleries. Possibilities
for layout and functionality are extensive, including subcategories
within categories, categories within the Portfolio, categories
within the main web site navigation, lists, and
drop down menus. Use your imagination!

Multiport TOP
Fee: $35 one time setup fee
Multiport is similar to Portfolio Categories,
but instead of having the SDW staff set up each category
for you, you can set up the categories yourself right from
your Text Wizard. You can have as many categories as you
want and add to or remove existing ones at any time.
Multiport
does not accomodate subcategories within categories.
Layout is limited to columns and rows
within the Portfolio section. Not available with Sharp
and Slideshow Styles, or fully Flash custom web sites.

Images Remembered
Galleria TOP
Fee: $75/year
Galleria is a subscription component that
allows you to create private, password-protected
online galleries. You can invite clients, friends or
family members to view these private galleries by sending
them to a special address that only they have access to.
You are allowed 12 separate galleries
with a maximum of 12 images in each. No one else can
see them, or even know they exist, not even visitors to
another Gallery. They do not show up
on your regular website, and the link must be sent to chosen
people directly, thus giving this option many unique uses:
1. Share unfinished or in-progress work
with your clients for review.
2. Show the photos from an on-location
photo shoot to a client. No more
emailing images!
3. If a visitor to your website
asks to see more of your work, you can immediately create
a
private
gallery
for them and upload the images that very day.
4. The privacy of the Galleries lets you
display sensitive materials that you may want to share
only with
a select group of clients, or on a
request only basis.
5.
Set aside one or more galleries for your friends and
family. Display photos of loved ones or snapshots

Contact Form TOP

SiteDesignWorks can build
a Contact
Form for your visitors to submit
messages to you. A form can also be used for many additional
purposes, such as providing a place
to
request
prices
or sign
up
to be
on a mailing list. The possibilities are limited only by
your imagination.
The primary benefit of a Contact Form
is the ability to remove your email
address
from
your
website.
This prevents
email farming programs from getting your
address off of
your site and adding it to their mass mailing
lists (a.k.a. spam lists), while still providing a method
for contact.
The SiteDesignWorks team can create a
Contact Form for you for a one time fee of $65. Your form
fields can be whatever
you choose, such as your visitor's name, address,
phone number and email address.

Production Services TOP
Adding/Subtracting Images
The SiteDesignworks production team is available to size,
optimize and add/replace new images to your site at any
time. We are generally able to post new images to your site
within one week of receiving your slides, transparencies,
or digital files.

Text and Keyword entry
Fee: $25/hour
Short on time? SiteDesignWorks' production staff can enter
text, image descriptions, captions and keywords for your
site on your behalf. Just provide us with digital documents
and we'll take care of the rest.
