Note: The Hotline is a simple alert system. Operators are not able to provide customer service or technical support. This includes troubleshooting account specific issues that might cause an interruption to regular services such as an expired domain name or billing dispute.
How Does the Hotline Work?
When you call the Off-Hours Hotline, an operator will be available to take your name and website address. After gathering your information, the operator will send an alert to our server administration team letting them know that you are experiencing a sudden interruption in email or website service. The engineers will check server network status to determine if there is a problem with our network, and if so, they will take immediate action to solve the issue.
The Hotline is a secondary support system to our existing suite of monitoring devices. In most cases, our monitoring systems automatically identify problems and alert engineers so they can correct issues before a noticeable interruption to service occurs.
What Happens Next?
After reporting an interruption in service, you can rest assured that our engineers are working on a solution. There is no need to submit multiple reports. Engineers will automatically correct the issue and return your service to working order as soon as possible. SiteDesignWorks staff will follow up with you to address questions or concerns during regular business hours.
